Return & Refund Policy

At Ideal Deals, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Due to the high value and hygienic nature of fine metals, we maintain a strict 7-day return policy.

Return Window & Eligibility:

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return.

• Items must be in their original, brand-new condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging, tags, and pouches.

• Any pieces showing signs of wear, scratching, link alterations, or damage will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (non-refundable).

• We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method (USPS Priority or UPS), as Ideal Deals is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photos of the issue.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, email Support@shopidealdeals.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once reviewed and authorized, we will provide you with return mailing instructions.
