Thank you for shopping at Shop Ideal Deals! The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time:

Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Some select orders are custom made to order which may result in slightly longer processin time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Because we work directly with specialized distribution partners to fulfill your orders, please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons or high-volume sales periods.

Split Shipments:

To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, items in the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations. If your order is split into multiple packages:

• You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

• You will never be charged extra for split shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (after processing)

• Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking:

Once your package ships, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to show updated status movement.

Order changes & Address Corrections:

Because our system automatically routes orders directly to our fulfillment suppliers, order cancellations or shipping address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please take photos of the damaged items/packaging and reach out to our team immediately so we can file a claim and send out a replacement or process a refund.
